Marma (plural: marmani) is a vital point on the surface of the body which serves a wide range of therapeutic purposes. The Marma Therapy session starts with a brief intake and pulse reading, followed by subtle bodywork which is sensitively attuned to your needs, using mild oleation and gentle pressure. This addresses areas of stagnation and enables proper flow of prana, or life force, throughout body, mind and consciousness. Marma Therapy can be exceptionally balancing for the nervous system and any stress-related conditions.
